Education and Work Experience<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Nidhi did her primary education in Kailaras, schooling in Gwalior. After preparing for Engineering entrance at Kota, She cleared IIT Entrance and did her B.Tech from IIT Madras. After graduating from IIT she worked in Bengaluru for sometimes. But her passion to work for lager society and workk for the common people pulled her towards Civil Services. Nidhi quite the job and started preparing for CSE-UPSC.<\/p>\n Motivation for IAS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Nidhi was Selected twice for IPS in 2061 & 2017 . But his motivation to get into Indian Administrative Service was so high that she continued her studies for IAS. Despite failing to qualify for personality test\u00a0 in 2018 Nidhi did not loose her Confidence. She put extra effort and finaly in her 5th attempt she qualified for her Dream Service #IAS.<\/p>\n Message For Future Aspirants.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Nidhi said that I was selected\u00a0 IPS two times. But next time I was not even on the list.\u00a0 I cried for 4 days, then I doubled up my efforts to become an IAS.<\/p>\n Nidhi said that if you set your goal and give 100%, then you will definitely get success. This is my own experience. It is necessary to understand the direction of your hard work. Many times people do not succeed even after maximum effort. But there is lack of proper planning not the luck behind such failure.<\/p>\n A lot has to be sacrificd for success\u00a0 in CSE. You have to give up a lot to achieve the goal you have set. I stayed away from family to get selected in IAS, which is an emotional moment. Personal life, friends etc. also are left behind during preparation for Civil services. But when success is achieved, the enjoyment of all these things doubles. I would like to tell the youth that even after initial failure, don’t loose hope.
