us that women\u2019s employment is deeply entangled in <strong>societal values, family structures, patriarchy, and historical divisions of labour<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: serif;\"><strong> Radical Feminism: Patriarchy as the Core Barrier<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Radical feminists argue that patriarchy is the foundational system shaping labour interactions.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Even when opportunities exist, gender
