While digital tools like DIKSHA exist, their effectiveness is limited by poor internet access and lack of devices.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong>b) Rote-Based Curriculum and Weak Pedagogy<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Despite reforms, rote memorization continues to dominate the classroom.
