Even worse, <strong>she belongs to a Scheduled Caste (SC),<\/strong> raising serious <strong>concerns of caste-based discrimination<\/strong> intertwined with <strong>menstrual stigma<\/strong>. The video of her sitting on the school steps during the exam\u2014recorded by her mother\u2014went viral and exposed the deeply embedded <strong>intersectionality of caste, gender, and institutional apathy<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Violation_of_Rights_Legal_and_Ethical_Dimensions\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong>Violation of Rights: Legal and Ethical Dimensions<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">The <strong>school principal has been suspended under Section 17 of the Right to Education Act, 2009,<\/strong> which <strong>prohibits physical and mental harassment of children<\/strong>.
