justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">India\u2019s <strong>power distribution companies (DISCOMs)<\/strong> are <strong>burdened by massive debt<\/strong>, limiting their of GDP) by 2022-23<\/strong>, making reforms essential.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong>Slow Growth of serif;\">The <strong>Production-Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme<\/strong> for <strong>solar PV manufacturing<\/strong> has a budget of <strong>\u20b924,000 crore<\/strong>, but scaling up production will take time.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong>Land Acquisition and Environmental Hurdles<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Large-scale <strong>renewable projects<\/strong> require <strong>vast land areas<\/strong>, often leading to <strong>conflicts with farmers<\/strong>, <strong>displacement<\/strong>, and <strong>ecological concerns<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li
