For example, the question, \u201cHave military rulers in the neighbouring country always hampered our country\u2019s progress?\u201d may encourage some respondents to give particular response more than other questions do.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong>Respondents must be competent to answer:<\/strong><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">The researcher should always ask himself whether the respondents he has chosen are competent enough to answer questions on the issue of research.
